BusinessLink is looking for a creative, skilled, and detail-oriented Video Editor with strong Motion Graphics expertise to join our growing creative team. The selected candidate will be responsible for producing high-quality video content for social media, digital advertising, branding, and performance marketing campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Edit short-form and long-form videos for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and other digital platforms.

• Create engaging Reels, promotional videos, advertisements, brand videos, and social media content.

• Develop motion graphics, animated text, transitions, visual effects, and other creative elements.

• Work with Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects to deliver polished video content.

• Understand briefs and transform creative concepts into compelling visual stories.

• Ensure proper pacing, typography, sound design, color correction, and overall visual consistency.

• Adapt video content into different formats and dimensions for various platforms.

• Collaborate with the marketing, creative, and content teams to develop campaign-focused video content.

• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines.

• Review and revise videos based on feedback from clients and internal teams.

• Stay updated with current video editing, motion graphics, social media, and content trends.

Requirements

• Strong proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro.

• Advanced knowledge of Adobe After Effects and Motion Graphics.

• Working knowledge of DaVinci Resolve will be an advantage.

• Strong understanding of visual storytelling and creative video editing.

• Good knowledge of transitions, typography, sound design, color grading, and visual effects.

• Ability to create engaging content for Reels, Ads, YouTube, and social media.

• Strong creative sense and attention to detail.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

• Agency or digital marketing experience will be highly preferred.

• A strong portfolio demonstrating video editing and motion graphics skills is required.
