Relevant training or certification in Photography, Videography, Video Editing, Motion Graphics, or Animation will be an added advantage.Training in Adobe Creative Cloud, DaVinci Resolve, or similar creative software is preferred.Practical knowledge of AI-powered tools for content creation and editing is desirable.Candidates must submit a portfolio or showreel demonstrating their creative and technical skills.

Strong practical skills in photography, videography, photo editing, and animation.

Ability to handle cameras, lighting, stabilisers, and audio recording equipment.A good understanding of visual storytelling, composition, colour grading, and sound editing.

Familiarity with AI-powered creative tools and willingness to learn new techniques.

Ability to develop content for real estate projects, corporate activities, and the diverse businesses of our sister concerns.

Must be willing to travel outside Dhaka for photography and video shoots.

Ability to work independently and collaborate with the marketing team while managing deadlines.

Attention to detail and willingness to improve work based on feedback.

A portfolio or showreel demonstrating relevant work is required.Experience in drone operation or 3D animation will be an added advantage.

Education

• Bachelor/Honors degree in any discipline

Key Responsibilities

• Capture professional photographs and videos of properties, projects, products, events, and corporate activities.

• Edit photos and videos for social media, websites, advertisements, and presentations.

• Create motion graphics, animations, promotional videos, and reels.

• Handle lighting, framing, sound recording, colour correction, and audio editing.

• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative concepts and maintain brand consistency.

• Organize creative assets and deliver work within deadlines.

• Must be willing to travel outside Dhaka for photography and video shoots.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong practical skills in Photography, Videography, Editing, and Animation.

• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere Pro, and After Effects, 3d Max, D5 or equivalent software.

• Ability to operate cameras, lighting, and audio equipment.

• A strong understanding of composition, visual storytelling, and social media content.

• Creativity, attention to detail, teamwork, and time management.

• A portfolio or showreel demonstrating relevant work is essential.

• Experience with real estate content, drone videography, or 3D animation will be an added advantage.

Confidently work with the latest video generation models like Google Flow (Veo), Runway, Kling AI, Open AI Sora, Luma Dream Machine, Seedance and more.

Apply powerful prompt engineering skills to generate videos faster, with higher quality, and to automate workflow.

Study trending visual effects (e.g. CapCut, TikTok, etc) to identify filters, color adjustments, and technical layers used, and define clear pathways for the team to replicate.

Be updated on the latest trends in post-production, offshore marketing and social media, graphic design styles, video editing techniques and AI platforms.
