• Good typing speed with strong accuracy (data track)
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
• Genuine interest in technology, gadgets, and digital content
• Familiarity with AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini) is a plus
• Willingness to learn, take feedback, and improve continuously

YouTube Script Writing Track

• Research products, tech topics, and trends using credible sources

• Assist in drafting scripts for product reviews, Top 5/Top 10 roundups, and informative videos

• Learn to write strong hooks and structure scripts for audience retention

• Translate technical specifications into clear, natural language for general audiences

• Use AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini) for research and outlining — while verifying facts and keeping the final script original and accurate

• Take feedback from senior writers and make revisions promptly

Data Operations Track

• Accurately enter and update product and business data in company systems

• Maintain correctness of product names, codes, specifications, and prices

• Follow predefined formats, guidelines, and naming conventions

• Identify and prevent incorrect, incomplete, or duplicate entries

• Update and maintain spreadsheets, trackers, and digital records

• Coordinate with the QC/Team Lead when clarification is needed

Common to Both Tracks

• Organize and maintain project files and assets systematically

• Work closely with senior team members to understand project requirements

• Participate in training sessions and mentoring provided by the team

• Meet assigned deadlines and quality standards consistently
