Job Responsibilities

·         Substation power distribution system operation & monitoring.

·         Ensure the power supply in factory premises.

·         To monitor generator running performance & it's system performance.

·         To implement all kinds of maintenance work.

·         Responsible for installation & maintenance of PLC, VFD, Converter, HMI & others electrical & electronics equipment of the plant.

·         Installing and repairing electrical equipment such as circuit breakers, switches, transformers, and other equipment used in power distribution systems.

·         Inspecting electrical equipment, facilities, and materials to ensure safety standards.

·         Testing electrical components using meters and other equipment to ensure they are working properly.

·         Troubleshooting problems with electrical equipment or power lines that may be causing fires or other safety hazards.

·         Maintaining records of work orders and other tasks performed on equipment such as circuit breakers and transformers.

·         Knowledge of Solar roof-top system, PV Panels, Inverter system, Grid interactive, DC cabling, Combiner box.

·         Solar plant maintenance- Earthing check, Inverter check, rectifying any DC/AC connection error.

·         Maintain and collect all real-time data.

·         Physically go to the site and find out root cause for any solar generation related issues.

·         Monitor and collect specific data (Line voltage, Phase to phase voltage, Current etc.) and keep it records.

·         Continue follow up solar online portal for any alarming issues, also maintain generation data on the format.

·         Prepare any solar related data instruction given from the concerned authority.

·         Collect solar PV generation data and understand different parameters.

·         To place a report to concerned authority from time to time.

·         To perform additional duties to meet with the Company's needs as required and assigned by management.

Requirement

·         Diploma or equivalent in electrical engineering

·         Must have updated A, B & C license

·         Minimum 15 years of experience in Factory operation with at least 5 years in substation operation.

·         General knowledge on computer – excel & word file
