Experience:

• 10 to 15 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing (Light Engineering and Heavy Industry)

• B.Sc in Electrical / Mechanical / Mechatronics Engineering from a recognized institution.·        

• Relevant technical certifications/training will be an added advantage

• Age 35 to 45 years

• 10–15 years of relevant experience in Maintenance, Engineering or Utility in a manufacturing industry.·        

• Candidates with strong experience in Aluminium Extrusion / Metal Manufacturing / Heavy Engineering Plant will be preferred.

• Must have strong hands-on knowledge of both Mechanical and Electrical Maintenance.·        

• Aluminium Extrusion Plant Machinery Maintenance·        

• Hydraulic, Pneumatic, PLC, Inverter & Industrial Automation·        

• Motor, Pump, Gear, Chain, Conveyor, Furnace, Burner & Ageing Oven Maintenance·        

• Boiler, Generator, Transformer, HT/LT Panel, Chiller & Cooling Tower·        

• Preventive & Breakdown Maintenance, Fabrication, Welding, Machining & Spare Parts Management·        

• Project Installation, Commissioning, Safety & Energy Management

• DHAKATHAI ALCOMAXX PLC is looking for an experienced and technically competent Head of Maintenance to lead and manage the overall Mechanical, Electrical & Utility Maintenance operations of its Aluminium Extrusion Plant.
  
  Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the overall Mechanical, Electrical & Utility Maintenance activities of the Aluminium Extrusion Plant.

• Ensure preventive, predictive and breakdown maintenance of Extrusion Press, Hot Log Furnace, Rough Cutter, Conveyor Table, Ageing Oven, Powder Coating Machine, Anodizing Plant and other production machinery.

• Supervise maintenance of Hydraulic Pumps, Valves, Cylinders, Motors, Gear, Chain, Pulley, Compressor and other mechanical equipment.

• Ensure proper maintenance of PLC, Inverter, Sensors, Control Panels, MDB/SDB, HT/LT Panels, Transformer, PFI and electrical systems.

• Oversee operation and maintenance of Substation, Generator, Chiller, Cooling Tower, Air Compressor and Utility systems.

• Supervise Boiler operation and maintenance, including burner, feed pump, softener system and water quality monitoring.

• Ensure maintenance of Melting Furnace, Hot Log Shear, Ageing Oven, Powder Coating and other burner systems.

• Monitor maintenance of Natural Gas, LPG, Water, Air, Oil, Hydraulic and Anodizing chemical pipelines.

• Lead maintenance-related fabrication, welding, lathe, machining and critical spare parts manufacturing activities.

• Plan and implement new project installation, machine modification and improvement projects.

• Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules to minimize machine breakdown and production downtime.

• Maintain proper records of maintenance activities, spare parts, equipment history and utility consumption.

• Ensure compliance with safety standards, statutory requirements and company policies.

• Lead and develop the maintenance team, including Mechanical, Electrical, Utility, Boiler, Welder, Lathe Operator, Plumber and other technical personnel.
