Skills Required: Commercial/ Export-Import,ERP: SAP S4 HANA. Operating Systems: MS Windows and Linux. Lang,Lc and Bank related functions,LC related work

Additional Requirements:
  • Age 25 to 40 years

·         At least 5 years of experience in Inbound operations (import, inbound logistics, warehouse, inventory).

·         Working experience in the SAP system is a must.

·         PGDSCM from a reputed institution.

·         General knowledge of computer programs (Excel & Word & others)

·         Good communication skills in English.



Responsibilities & Context:

·         Execute the defined procurement plan.

·         Execute daily/weekly basis operational activities.

·         Execute inbound logistics of local and foreign raw material (RM), packaging material (PM), and other goods and services, complying with CHT BD Procurement’s Standard Operating Procedure (SOP).

·         For local requisitions, receive PR, source, issue PO on SAP, and ensure delivery on time.

·         For foreign requisitions, source, open LC, commercial operations liaison with the bank(s) & outbound department, and ensure delivery on time.

·         Challans, GRN, inventory, and other necessary postings are to be done in SAP on time.

·         RM & PM Inventory management, monitoring, and stock report to be submitted accordingly.

·         Issue RM & PM (FIFO) to production as per internal requisition.

·         Execute RM warehouse management activities.

·         Keep records of procurement files for audit trails.

·         Keep track of procurement status and do necessary reports, when and where required, as per management requirements.

·         Supplier invoices processing, keep all ledger/reports/vouchers up to date.

·         Manage continuous supplier database upgradation and supplier relationship management.

·         Maintain liaison with all internal and external stakeholders.

·         Ensure quality of work and performance as per predefined SCM-KPI.
