• Post-graduation diploma (PGD) in SCM is preferable

Experience Requirements:

• At least 15 years.

• At least three years’ experience as a Senior Manager.

• Distribution, Inventory, Supply Chain.

• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing (Light Engineering & Heavy) Industry, Home Appliance and FMCG.

Additional Job Requirements:

• Age: Minimum 45 years (Flexible for suitable candidate).

• Must have good leadership qualities with excellent interpersonal communication skills.

Job Location:

Job Description / Responsibilities:

• Lead the team for effective management of store & distribution operation in receiving, inspection, storage, issuance & transfer of items as per company policy.

• To follow up on overall inventory management.

• Ensure continuous flow from FG.

• Be liable for all FG and Spare Parts.

• Taking physical inventory once a month to cross-check with the monthly inventory report.

• Plan, implement & utilize optimum use of warehouse space in coordination with Procurement, Production, Planning & Coordinate and other departments.

• Maintain an uninterrupted supply of raw materials to production.

• Identify & segregate damaged/expired/rejected/redundant/non-moving or unusable stock and manage their disposal in time as per company policy.

• Maintain custom / VAT documents as per regulatory requirements.

• Ensure proper storage of raw material, finished goods, and intermediate products, and maintain FIFO to assure quality as per QMS requirements.

• Implement health & safety measures/practices in distribution as per company policy.

• Ensure on-time delivery of finished goods as per local & export demand.

• To raise Spare Parts requisition to consider lead-time.

• Strictly maintain all kinds of documents and posts in the software on time.

• Plan, Develop, Optimize, Organize, Direct, Manage, Evaluate, and be accountable for all of the distribution process.

• Any other duties assigned by the Management from time to time.
