Job Context:
ACI Motors Limited is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented professional for the position of Sr./Officer, FG & Logistics to ensure smooth product distribution, warehouse coordination, showroom operations, and proper documentation in alignment with business requirements.
Principal Accountabilities:
Ensure on time payment posting, invoicing and delivery of products as per order.
Store product, monthly basis reconciliation and deliver with proper documentation.
Arrange transportation for supply of products when required.
Provide necessary support to Sales team in product distribution process.
Arrange necessary repairing and maintenance support for stocked product.
Ensure proper documentation of all necessary papers.
Ensure VAT related documentations and activities.
Run showroom operations smoothly and keep the showroom neat and clean.
Perform any other tasks assigned by the supervisor.
