• To plan, organize and monitor daily distribution operations to ensure timely product delivery.

• To coordinate with warehouse, sales, transport teams & delivery man for smooth distribution activities.

• To plan delivery routes and manage vehicles to ensure on-time delivery to distributors.

• To develop strategies to reduce delivery costs while maintaining or improving delivery speed.

• To order process management in ODDO software.

• To monitor vehicle utilization, transportation costs and delivery performance.

• To ensure proper inventory movement and stock reconciliation between warehouses and distribution points.

• To prepare distribution reports and maintain proper documentation.

• To handle distribution complaint (CRM).

• To address issue related to delays, shortage, damage & discrepancy.
