Responsibilities & Context:
Assist in preparing and maintaining import-related documents, including LC, PI, invoice, packing list, and shipping documents.
Support daily import operations by coordinating with suppliers, banks, freight forwarders, C&F agents, and internal departments.
Track shipment status, ETA, customs clearance, and delivery schedules to ensure timely material availability.
Assist in preparing and checking import documentation for accuracy and compliance with company procedures and regulations.
Maintain records of import transactions, shipment documents, duty/tax information, and commercial correspondence.
Support purchase and commercial teams in monitoring supplier orders, payment status, and document follow-ups.
Perform other operational and administrative tasks related to Import & Commercial activities as assigned by the supervisor.
