Educational Background
Bachelor’s/Masters’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
A professional certification (CSCP, CLTD, PGDSCM or equivalent) will be an added advantage.
Work Experience
Minimum 5 to 6 years of experience in supply chain or logistics operations, with a direct exposure to the LPG, oil & gas, or broader energy sector.
Required KSA
In-depth knowledge of Letter of Credit (LC) processes, Incoterms, and commercial documentation (Commercial Invoice, Bill of Lading, Packing List, Certificate of Origin).
Ability to analyze complex data sets, identify trends, and make sound, data-driven supply chain decisions.
Strong commercial acumen and proven success in negotiating contracts and pricing with vendors and service providers.
Capability to develop collaborative supplier partnerships while ensuring compliance and performance accountability.
Ability to coordinate seamlessly with user departments, logistics, finance, and external vendors for smooth end-to-end operations.
Hands-on expertise with SAP or comparable ERP platforms, including reporting and workflow automation.
Aptitude for anticipating supply chain risks and devising proactive mitigation strategies.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present information clearly to diverse stakeholders.
Agility in diagnosing operational bottlenecks and implementing effective solutions under time pressure.
Ability to prioritize competing demands and deliver results in a high-paced environment.

End-to-End Procurement: Manage local and international procurement of services and consumable materials for all company units, including LPG manufacturing and filling plants, marine vessels (LPG Ship-101 & 201), sales projects, Polwel G-Gas Stations, daughter stations, and administrative vehicle maintenance.
Foreign Sourcing: Manage import procurement of key international products, including LPG mixtures, LPG hoses, industrial liquid soap, and other required materials.
Vendor Management & Sourcing: Identify, evaluate, and onboard new vendors while maintaining effective relationships with existing suppliers and user departments to clarify technical specifications and ensure appropriate product sourcing.
Supply Chain & Delivery Execution: Coordinate with relevant internal departments and suppliers to track product movement and ensure accurate, timely, and efficient delivery to designated locations.
Inventory Monitoring: Regularly monitor and analyze inventory levels and stock movements through SAP to maintain optimum stock levels and minimize shortages or excess inventory.
Documentation & Financial Coordination: Collect, verify, and process procurement-related documents, including Bills, Challans, and GRNs, while coordinating with the Finance Department to facilitate timely vendor payments.
Financial & Tender Compliance: Manage and monitor Bank Guarantee (BG) processes related to tender submissions for the PED and SNS departments, ensuring compliance with applicable requirements and timelines.
