Responsibilities & Context:
ACI Motors Limited is looking for an In-Charge – EV Warehouse to oversee the warehouse operations for its emerging EV Bike business. The incumbent will be responsible for managing the receipt, storage, inventory control, and timely dispatch of EV bikes, spare parts, accessories, and related materials while ensuring accuracy, safety, and operational efficiency.
Major Responsibilities:
Inventory Management: Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, inspection, storage, and issuance of EV bikes, spare parts, and components.
Safety & Compliance: Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols, particularly for hazardous material handling and safe storage conditions for lithium-ion batteries and electrical items.
Stock Auditing & Accuracy: Conduct regular cycle counts, physical inventory audits, and maintain zero-variance records between ERP systems and physical stock.
Dispatch & Logistics Coordination: Coordinate with the sales and distribution teams to ensure timely packaging, loading, and delivery of products to regional hubs and dealers.
Team Supervision: Lead, train, and supervise warehouse staff, handling equipment operators, and loading crews to maintain high operational productivity.
