• Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Supply Chain Management

• Age 28 to 40 years
• Only Male

BBA/MBA (Major in SCM preferred), BSc Engineering or a relevant discipline from a reputed university.
2–6 years of relevant experience in warehouse/inventory management, preferably in an FMCG, manufacturing, Agro with distribution and logistics operations.
Experience in SAP/ERP-based warehouse operations will be preferred.

§  Lead end-to-end central warehouse operations for RM, PM, and FG to ensure uninterrupted material availability.

§  Execute MRP and raise PRs based on forecasts, MPS, inventory levels, and distribution requirements.

§  Coordinate with Procurement, Production, Quality, and Distribution to ensure timely material receipt, availability, and dispatch.

§  Ensure accurate receiving, storage, issuing, and dispatch with proper batch control and ERP transactions.

§  Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counting, physical audits, variance analysis, and root-cause resolution.

§  Optimize inventory levels, stock coverage, warehouse space, and material flow to improve operational efficiency.

§  Control expired, returned, damaged, unused, and QC-rejected materials through proper segregation and disposition.

§  Implement 5S, visual management, warehouse layout standards, and HSE practices to ensure safe and efficient operations.

§  Monitor warehouse KPIs covering inventory accuracy, stock coverage, ageing, space utilization, service level, and operational efficiency.

§ Develop SOPs, drive continuous improvement, lead team performance, and ensure compliance with company policies, quality, HSE, and audit requirements.
