Responsibilities & Context:
Manage day-to-day store & inventory operations
Handle receiving, issuing, and distribution of materials
Prepare Purchase Requisitions (PR) and stock reports
Monitor stock levels and conduct regular stock counting
Identify and resolve inventory discrepancies
Ensure proper FIFO/LIFO and safe storage of products
Supervise store personnel and ensure smooth operations
Monitor and follow up on all bills
Monthly Budget preparation
Perform other duties assigned by Management
