• Monitor demand vs. actual production output at factory locations and adjust dispatch priorities based on market stock-out risks

• Coordinate closely with Central Procurement to ensure imported APIs and materials arrive on schedule considering lead times, LC opening and port clearances

• Monitor minimum order quantities (MOQ), shelf-life limits, and Reorder Levels (ROL) to avoid material obsolescence or expired stock write-offs

• Coordinate new product launch (NPL) timelines between R&D, PMD, Procurement and Plant Production

• Maintain up-to-date data structures within the software

• Identify operational inefficiencies and participate in Lean/Kaizen projects to reduce total supply chain cycle times
