Education:
    • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Accounting, Finance, Management
  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Management, Commerce or a relevant field.

  • Candidates with relevant training in Store or Inventory Management will be preferred.

  • Age At least 27 years
  • 2–4 years of relevant experience in Stock, Inventory, Store or Warehouse Management is preferred.

  • Fresh candidates with good knowledge of inventory management and MS Excel may also be considered.

  • Good knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word.

  • Good numerical and analytical skills.

  • Strong attention to detail.

  • Good communication and coordination skills.

  • Honest, responsible and disciplined.

  • Ability to maintain accurate records and prepare reports.

  • Ability to work independently and under pressure.

  • Willingness to work at a factory/industrial location.



Responsibilities & Context:

Job Summary

Hardware Industry (BD) Ltd. is looking for a responsible, organized and detail-oriented Stock & Inventory Officer to manage daily stock and inventory operations at our factory.

The selected candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate stock records, monitoring stock movement, receiving and issuing materials, conducting physical stock verification and preparing regular inventory reports.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate records of raw materials, finished goods, spare parts and other inventory items.

  • Manage daily receiving, issuing and transfer of materials.

  • Verify received and issued materials against relevant documents.

  • Maintain stock registers and inventory records.

  • Conduct regular physical stock counting and reconcile physical stock with records.

  • Identify and report stock shortages, excess stock, damaged items and discrepancies.

  • Prepare daily, weekly and monthly stock reports.

  • Monitor stock movement and ensure proper documentation for all transactions.

  • Coordinate with Accounts, Purchase, Production, Warehouse and other departments.

  • Maintain proper filing and documentation of stock-related records.

  • Ensure proper storage and control of inventory.

  • Assist management during stock audits and physical inventory verification.

  • Perform other duties related to stock and inventory as assigned by management.
