Job Context:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Jr. Executive, Business Development to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in bridging connections between pharmaceutical clients and international suppliers. Your primary focus will be supporting raw material sourcing (APIs and Excipients), coordinating regulatory and technical documentation, and maintaining effective communication to drive business growth in the pharmaceutical sector.
Job Responsibilities
Client Communication & Requirement Gathering: Regularly communicate with pharmaceutical companies to identify and understand their new requirements for Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients (APIs) and Excipients.
Supplier & Source Development: Identify, evaluate, and develop potential foreign suppliers, factories, and principals for high-quality pharmaceutical raw materials.
Technical & Regulatory Documentation: Assist pharma clients by promptly providing essential technical documents, including Certificates of Analysis (COA), Methods of Analysis (MOA), Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS), and Stability Reports etc.
Commercial Coordination: Request, collect, and analyze price quotations from international factories, suppliers, and principals to ensure competitive sourcing.
Sample Procurement: Coordinate with foreign partners to collect and deliver required product samples to clients for testing and evaluation.
