Experience:

• 2 to 3 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Diagnostic Centre

• Master of Science from a reputed university

• 2 to 3 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Diagnostic Centre

• Age At least 27 years

• 2-3 years experience as “Purchase Officer” in a reputed Hospital/Diagnostic center

• Handle day-to-day purchasing and procurement activities for hospital departments (Medical tools & equipment, surgical item, pathological item, reagents, stationary items).

• Collect, analyze, and compare quotations on price, quality, warranty, availability, and delivery terms.

• Prepare comparative statements, purchase proposals, and official notes for the management approval

• Prepare and issue accurate Purchase Requisitions, Purchase Orders (PO), and Work Orders with clearly defined quantities and specifications.

• Maintain complete documentation, including vendor records, bills, invoices, Goods Received Notes (GRN), and Material Receive Reports (MRR).

• Monitor stock levels

• Coordinate the inspection of delivered goods for quantity, quality standards, and medical specifications.
