• Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) in Accounting
• Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Finance, Accounting
• Master of Commerce (MCom) in Accounting
• Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Accounting

• 2 to 5 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Pharmaceutical/Medicine Companies, Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM), Group of Companies

• Age 25 to 35 years

• M.Com/MBA in Accounting or Management Accounting from reputed university.

• CA/CMA partly qualified will be an advantage.

• 2–3 years of relevant experience in Costing, Factory Accounts, Management Accounting, Budgeting or Inventory Control, preferably in a manufacturing organization.

• Practical experience in SAP CO / SAP S/4HANA will be preferred.

• Assist in actual product costing based on actual material consumption, actual labor hours and actual manufacturing overhead.

• Monitor and verify BOM and production consumption to ensure accurate product costing in SAP.

• Ensure timely and accurate recording of RM, PM, FG, Consumable and Construction inventory movements in SAP.

• Reconcile physical/warehouse inventory with SAP balances and investigate discrepancies.

• Collect, verify and monitor actual production/labor hours for product costing and overhead allocation.

• Assist in applying the company's labor-hour-based overhead allocation methodology to products manufactured.

• Assist in the actual costing and month-end closing process in SAP CO.

• Review actual manufacturing overhead and ensure appropriate allocation to products.

• Analyze actual product cost, COGS and cost variances and identify significant movements.

• Assist in analyzing over- or under-absorption of manufacturing overhead, where applicable.

• Prepare product-wise COGS, gross margin and profitability analysis.

• Assist in preparing Profit Center-wise profitability reports and analysis.

• Assist in preparing budget vs. actual expenditure analysis and explain significant variances.

• Analyze factory costs relating to material consumption, wastage, labor, utilities, maintenance and other manufacturing overheads.

• Assist in identifying cost-saving and efficiency improvement opportunities in coordination with Production and Factory Management.

• Support monitoring of the financial impact of cost-saving initiatives.

• Prepare periodic reports on actual product costing, inventory reconciliation, COGS, overhead, cost variances, budget variances and profitability.

• Assist in maintaining accurate SAP costing-related data, including BOM, routing, cost centers, Profit Centers and overhead allocation parameters.

• Coordinate with Production, Warehouse, Supply Chain, HR and other relevant departments for costing and budget-related information.

• Assist the Manager in resolving SAP CO and costing-related issues.
