Responsibilities & Context:

1. Develop and implement the organization’s digital transaction transformation roadmap.

2. Design secure and efficient digital payment and collection workflows.

3. Coordinate with Finance, Business, MIS/IT, banks, fintech partners, payment gateways, and vendors.

4. Develop dashboards and management reports on transaction volume, value, cost, turnaround time, and adoption.

5. Monitor transaction success rates, settlement status, reconciliation accuracy, and exception cases.

6. Support integration of digital transaction platforms with ERP, accounting, and reporting systems.

7. Lead pilot projects and phased implementation of new digital transaction solutions.

8. Reduce manual intervention, cash dependency, transaction delays, and processing costs.

9. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, internal policies, cybersecurity standards, and financial controls.

10. Establish SOPs, approval workflows, control mechanisms, and escalation processes.

11. Analyze transaction data to identify bottlenecks, failed transactions, fraud risks, and cost-saving opportunities.

12. Drive adoption among employees, vendors, dealers, distributors, and customers through communication and training.

13. Prepare business cases, project updates, and presentations for senior management.

14. Coordinate resolution of system, process, and reconciliation issues with relevant stakeholders.

15. Support continuous improvement of digital transaction processes based on data and user feedback.

16. Perform any other treasury-related duties assigned by management from time to time.
