• Minimum Graduate in business administration from reputed institution. Preferably PGD in Supply Chain Management.

• At least 5 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Hospital, Diagnostic Centre

• Age At most 35 years

• Minimum 05 years of working experience in procurement department in a renowned institution/ organization.

• Knowledge of ERP systems would be highly desirable.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work as a strong team leader.

• Age: Not exceeding 35 years. Relaxable in case of highly experienced person.

Chittagong Eye Infirmary and Training Complex (CEITC), a tertiary multidisciplinary institution is looking for eligible personnel for the following position: PROCUREMENT OFFICER

Job responsibilities:

• Prepare purchase orders, procurement contracts, service agreements, and related documentation.

• Coordinate with Procurement Committee, Administration, Finance, Logistics and Maintenance teams to identify procurement needs and priorities.

• Conduct market assessments and supplier sourcing to identify qualified vendors and service providers.

• Develop and maintain an updated database of suppliers, contractors and service providers.

• Obtain and analyze competitive quotations from qualified suppliers.

• Bill process with proper supporting documents & submit to accounts & finance department.

• Ensuring compliance with institutional procurement policies.

• Negotiate pricing, payment terms, delivery schedules, warranties and other commercial conditions.

• Monitor inventory levels and managing procurement logs.

• Monitor procurement timelines and ensure timely completion of all procurement actions.

• Builds and maintains professional relationships with suppliers and manages supplier performance effectively.
