Responsibilities & Context:
Senior Executive, Foreign Procurement (SCD). Responsible for the following:
Source and procure specialized sports, amusement, and recreational equipment from international manufacturers/suppliers.
Obtain and evaluate international quotations and prepare Comparative Statements.
Negotiate price, specifications, Incoterms, payment, warranty, and delivery terms.
Process foreign purchase orders and coordinate LC/TT and import documentation with Finance/Accounts.
Coordinate with suppliers, freight forwarders, and C&F agents for shipment and customs clearance.
Monitor international shipments and ensure timely delivery of imported equipment.
Verify import documents, including Invoice, Packing List, BL/AWB, Certificate of origin, and related documents.
Coordinate installation, commissioning, inspection, and acceptance of specialized imported equipment.
Ensure compliance with approved technical specifications, safety requirements and applicable import procedures.
Maintain complete records of foreign procurement, shipment, warranty, and supplier performance.
