Responsibilities & Context:

• Lead and monitor the overall operations of all RBUs and supervise all RBU In-Charges.

• Ensure efficient sourcing, collection, sorting, and supply of post-consumer PET bottles according to production requirements.

• Monitor RBU-wise procurement, stock, quality, wastage, production, and operational costs.

• Provide technical guidance on PET recycling machinery, including Hot Wash and/or Cold Wash systems.

• Ensure proper operation, troubleshooting, and performance monitoring of crushers, conveyors, sorting systems, washing lines, dryers, and related equipment.

• Develop and maintain reliable raw-material sourcing channels and supplier networks to ensure uninterrupted supply.

• Monitor raw-material quality, contamination, moisture, color, and other specifications before dispatch to the recycling plant.

• Coordinate with Production, Procurement, Quality, Maintenance, Logistics, and Commercial teams for smooth operations.

• Analyze RBU-wise operational performance and implement corrective actions to improve productivity, yield, quality, and cost efficiency.

• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety requirements, environmental standards, and operational procedures.

• Prepare regular reports on RBU performance, raw-material procurement, inventory, production, wastage, and cost for Management.

• Maintain accurate quality records, test reports, certificates, and QC documentation.
