Education:
    • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Supply Chain Management, Accounting, Management
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Accounting, Management or a relevant discipline from a recognized university

Additional Requirements:
  • Age At least 24 years
  • Minimum 2–3 years of practical experience in Store Operations, preferably in a factory/FMCG/food manufacturing environment.

  • Candidates with hands-on experience in raw materials, packaging materials and finished goods management will be preferred.

Key Skills

  • Good knowledge of inventory and store management.

  • Practical knowledge of FIFO/FEFO, stock reconciliation and physical inventory counting.

  • Good computer skills, particularly MS Excel and inventory/ERP software.

  • Strong documentation, communication and coordination skills.

  • Ability to work under pressure and maintain accuracy in stock-related activities.



Responsibilities & Context:
  • Receive, inspect and properly record all incoming raw materials, packaging materials, finished goods and other store items.

  • Ensure proper storage, identification, stacking and preservation of materials according to company procedures.

  • Maintain accurate stock records, bin cards, stock registers and system entries.

  • Issue materials against authorized requisitions and maintain proper documentation.

  • Conduct regular physical stock verification and reconcile physical stock with system/record balances.

  • Monitor stock levels and inform the concerned authority regarding shortages, excess stock, slow-moving and obsolete items.

  • Ensure FIFO/FEFO practices where applicable, particularly for food/raw materials and other time-sensitive items.

  • Coordinate with Production, Procurement, Quality Assurance, Accounts and other relevant departments for smooth store operations.

  • Maintain proper housekeeping, safety, security and hygiene standards within the store.

  • Prepare regular stock reports and support management during stock audits and inspections.

  • Perform any other store-related duties assigned by management.
