Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience in UI/UX Design, preferably in FinTech, MFS, PSP, banking, e-commerce, or technology-driven organizations
Strong proficiency in Figma and other relevant UI/UX design tools
Good communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
Responsibilities & Context:
Design intuitive and user-friendly interfaces for POCKET’s mobile applications, web platforms, merchant solutions, and digital payment services
Conduct user research, analyze customer feedback, and identify usability and experience improvement opportunities
Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, mockups, and high-fidelity UI designs
Design customer and merchant journeys for payment, onboarding, transaction, account, and other digital services
Develop and maintain consistent UI components and design systems across POCKET’s digital products
Work closely with Product Managers and Technology teams to ensure designs are practical, scalable, and aligned with product requirements
Collaborate with developers during implementation to ensure the final product matches the approved designs
Review existing products and recommend improvements based on usability, customer behavior, and industry trends
