Experience:

• 3 to 5 years

• Bachelor’s/Master’s in Business, Finance, Economics,  Computer Science, or a related field.

• 3 to 5 years

• Age At least 30 years

• Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in Product Development/Product Management, preferably in FinTech, PSP, PSO, MFS, digital payments, banking, payment gateway, or technology-driven financial services.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

• Knowledge of Bangladesh’s digital payment ecosystem and applicable regulatory requirements will be an advantage

• Identify product opportunities based on customer needs, market trends, competitor activities, and business requirements

• Develop and manage product roadmaps, features, and priorities aligned with business objectives

• Manage end-to-end product lifecycle

• Develop and enhance digital payment and other FinTech products and services

• Prepare PRDs/BRDs, business cases, process flows, user journeys, and other product documentation

• Work closely with Technology and other teams to define requirements and coordinate system development, API integration, UAT, testing, and product rollout

• Coordinate with banks, payment partners, gateways, switches, vendors, and other relevant stakeholders for product integration and implementation

• Monitor product performance, customer feedback, transaction trends, and key KPIs to identify improvement opportunities

• Ensure product features and processes comply with applicable Bangladesh Bank, PSP/PSO, AML/CFT, KYC, and other regulatory requirements

• Work with Risk, Compliance, Operations, Finance, and other teams to address product-related risks, operational issues, and customer experience concerns

• Manage multiple product initiatives and ensure timely execution in coordination with relevant stakeholders

• Prepare product performance updates, proposals, and recommendations for management
