Responsibilities & Context:

• Ensure proper receiving, inspection, storage, preservation, and issuance of all raw materials and other store items.

• Maintain proper stock levels and ensure availability of materials for uninterrupted production.

• Monitor material receiving against Purchase Order (PO), Delivery Challan, GRN, and other relevant documents.

• Maintain accurate inventory records in ERP and physical stock. Conduct regular physical stock verification and reconcile with system records.

• Ensure proper documentation for material receiving, issuing, transfer, and return.

• Ensure proper receiving and storage of finished cable products from the production department.

• Maintain accurate records of finished goods in ERP and physical stock.

• Coordinate with Sales, Distribution, Logistics, and Production departments for timely delivery.

• Verify finished goods before dispatch according to Delivery Order (DO) and approved documents.

• Ensure proper loading and dispatch procedures to avoid shortages, damages, or wrong deliveries.

• Monitor daily stock movement and submit stock reports to management.

• Monitor inventory accuracy and minimize stock discrepancies. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory and stock movement reports.

• Investigate stock shortages, excess stock, and discrepancies and take necessary corrective actions.

• Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documents and records and ensure timely reconciliation of physical stock with ERP records.
