The position is responsible for supporting Higer Bus after-sales, service, and spare parts operations. The role requires sound technical knowledge of commercial bus systems, hands-on troubleshooting capabilities, and the ability to travel nationwide to provide warranty and technical support while ensuring timely availability of spare parts and effective customer service.

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide nationwide field service and warranty support for Higer bus customers as per service schedule and breakdown call assignments.

• Carry out diagnosis, repair, and maintenance of buses in line with manufacturer standards and warranty guidelines.

• Ensure timely resolution of breakdown and emergency service calls to minimize vehicle downtime.

• Monitor and communicate spare parts requirements to ensure timely availability at service locations.

• Maintain accurate service records, job cards, warranty claim documents, and parts consumption reports.

• Coordinate with the Assistant Manager, Service & Spare Parts, and workshop team for scheduling and technical escalations.

• Educate customers and drivers on basic maintenance practices and safe vehicle operation.

• Maintain service tools, equipment, and company vehicle/ kit assigned for field duty.

• Adhere to safety, quality, and compliance standards during all service activities.

• Support other service and spare parts-related tasks as assigned by the reporting manager.
