1. Create and maintain customer records in SDMS as per the Depot Head’s instructions.

2. Receive stock transfer invoices and prepare sales invoices accurately and on time.

3. Ensure accurate payment entries for all types of invoices and petty cash transactions in SDMS.

4. Check credit limits, credit days, and customer status before issuing credit invoices.

5. Maintain business-wise documents, prepare required reports, send daily data backups to MIS, and perform other assigned duties.
