Responsibilities & Context:
Lead brand strategy and annual marketing plans across assigned product portfolios.
Drive revenue, market share, profitability, and brand growth targets.
Own the portfolio P&L, driving revenue growth, margin improvement, and profitability.
Develop consumer insights through market research and competitive analysis.
Manage new product development, innovation pipeline, and product launches.
Lead integrated ATL, BTL, digital, and consumer activation campaigns.
Optimize product portfolio, pricing, packaging, positioning, and lifecycle management.
Collaborate with Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, R&D, and Manufacturing teams.
Monitor brand performance, campaign effectiveness, distribution, and market trends.
Manage marketing budgets, agencies, vendors, and promotional investments effectively.
Coach brand teams and strengthen marketing capabilities across the business.
