Responsibilities:

• Monthly passport collection minimum target should be achieved.

• Marketing to customers over the phone regarding work visas in Saudi Arabia, UAE, Malaysia, Singapore, Laos, Montenegro, Italy and others Asian Gulf Countries, European Countries & Latin Countries.

• Providing necessary information to customers and assisting them in their travel abroad.

• Understanding client’s needs and increasing engagement with customers.

• Coordinating with other departments to ensure alignment of marketing strategies.

• Have to solve client’s problem and provide immediate solutions for grab the customer’s happiness.
