Responsibilities & Context:

Identify and develop new customers for CNC and woodworking machinery.

Visit customers, factories, furniture industries and potential business clients regularly.

Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable machines and configurations.

Prepare quotations, price offers and commercial proposals for customers.

Conduct product presentations and machine demonstrations.

Maintain regular communication and follow-up with existing and potential customers.

Negotiate prices and commercial terms with customers and support sales closing.

Coordinate with the technical/service team for machine installation, demonstration and after-sales support.

Maintain customer information, sales records and follow-up reports.

Develop strong relationships with customers and identify new business opportunities.

Monitor market trends, competitor activities and machinery demand.

Attend exhibitions, fairs and promotional activities when required.

Prepare regular sales reports and submit them to management.
