1B2B Sales & Expansion: Identify and secure high-volume buyers (e.g., agricultural cooperatives needing crop sacks, retail chains, and industrial packaging firms) across Tanzania and the broader EAC region.
Export Operations & Logistics: Coordinate end-to-end supply chain milestones from Bangladeshi ports to East African gateways like the Port of Dar es Salaam, ensuring smooth customs clearance and compliance.
Linguistic & Cultural Liaison: Act as the direct ground link, using fluent Swahili to negotiate contracts, build high-trust relationships (Undugu) with local buyers, and bypass traditional intermediary brokers.
Market Intelligence: Monitor regional pricing trends, competitor movements (synthetic alternatives), and import policies to feed real-time insights back to our manufacturing teams.
