Develop DJDC retail store operation standards
Train sales staff and store managers
Develop sales scripts and training materials
Plan monthly sales campaigns
Monitor retail store performance
Analyze sales data
Conduct field visits and store inspections
Support dealer development
Develop dealer and store training systems
Improve sales conversion and customer management.
Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports
