Responsibilities & Context:
Develop and execute sales and marketing plans for Lead Acid, Dry, Water, Lithium and Solar batteries.
Visit dealers, distributors, retailers, corporate clients and potential customers regularly.
Develop new dealers and expand the company's existing dealer network.
Maintain strong relationships with dealers, retailers and customers.
Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets.
Promote company products and communicate product features, benefits and applications to customers.
Monitor market demand, competitor activities, pricing and product availability.
Collect market information and provide regular reports to management.
Generate new leads and convert potential customers into business opportunities.
Follow up on quotations, customer inquiries, orders, payments and after-sales requirements.
Coordinate with the Sales, Service and Technical teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
Participate in dealer meetings, product demonstrations, exhibitions and promotional activities.
Provide market feedback and recommendations for improving sales performance.
Travel within the assigned territory as required.
