The Marketing & Business Development Executive will be responsible for promoting the services of an international-standard specialised mental health hospital through digital marketing, field-level networking, patient coordination, and corporate relationship management. The role involves generating inquiries, building referral networks, developing partnerships, maintaining the organization's online presence, and coordinating with patients, guardians, consultants, and internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery. The Executive will actively engage with healthcare professionals, corporate organizations, NGOs, and other stakeholders to expand the company’s reach and support business growth. This is a target-driven position requiring the achievement of monthly KPIs, lead generation goals, and patient conversion targets.
