Additional Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.

  • 3–6 years of relevant experience in the battery manufacturing, battery distribution, automotive, or industrial sector.

  • Strong leadership and team management skills.

  • Good communication and interpersonal abilities.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.



Responsibilities & Context:
  1. Assist the Manager in overseeing day-to-day departmental operations.

  2. Coordinate with production, quality, warehouse, procurement, and sales teams to ensure smooth workflow.

  3. Monitor production schedules and inventory levels of batteries and raw materials (if applicable).

  4. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.

  5. Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and quality standards.

  6. Analyze operational issues and recommend corrective actions.

  7. Supervise and guide team members to improve productivity and performance.

  8. Coordinate with suppliers, distributors, and customers when required.

  9. Support implementation of process improvements and cost-control initiatives.

  10. Handle customer complaints and ensure timely resolution.

  11. Participate in audits, inspections, and continuous improvement programs.

  12. Perform any other duties assigned by management.
