• Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing

• 5 to 10 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Telecommunication, Garments, Textile, Pharmaceutical/Medicine Companies, Electronic Equipment/Home Appliances, Group of Companies, Packaging Industry, Garments Accessories, Tiles/Ceramic, Spinning

• Age 26 to 37 years
• Only Male

• Increase sales of Parking Tiles, Auto Bricks and Hollow Blocks in Dhaka and across Bangladesh.

• Develop new customers, dealers, distributors, retailers and construction-related business contacts, and expand the sales network both within and outside Dhaka.

• Visit shops, dealers and markets regularly, and collect sales orders on a consistent basis.

• Maintain strong relationships with existing dealers and ensure regular repeat orders.

• Visit construction sites, developers, contractors, engineers and relevant projects to generate new sales opportunities.

• Achieve monthly sales targets and take the necessary initiatives to meet them.

• Follow up on quotations, samples, customer requirements, orders and deliveries.

• Monitor market demand and competitor pricing and activities, and provide regular market feedback.

• Coordinate with management and the factory team regarding customer orders, product availability and delivery schedules.

• Maintain an active customer/dealer database and submit regular daily, weekly and monthly sales and market visit reports.

• The position involves extensive field sales activities in Dhaka and outside Dhaka. The candidate will be responsible for developing new markets, dealers and customers across Bangladesh and collecting regular orders from shops/dealers.
