Responsibilities & Context:
Develop annual and long-term sales strategies for footwear and luggage categories.
Set and monitor monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets by product category.
Develop and execute channel expansion plans across distributors, dealers, wholesalers, and retail chains.
Prepare sales forecasts and business growth plans; deliver regular reports on sales performance, regional sales, and sales vs. budget.
Conduct regular sales meetings and performance reviews; build and sustain a high-performing sales culture.
Monitor competitors' products and pricing, and analyze market trends to inform strategy.
Coordinate with production, supply chain, and marketing to align sales plans with business capacity.
