• Proficiency in MS Excel and Sales reporting tools.

• Sales Target Achievement: Ensuring the fulfillment of monthly and daily sales quotas.

• Team Management: Managing the SR (Sales Representative) / DSR (Direct Sales Representative) team, setting targets, and monitoring performance.

• Market Visit & Joint Work: Regular market visits and conducting joint fieldwork.

• Distribution Development: Creating new retail outlets and ensuring consistent product availability.

• Distributor/Dealer Management: Managing inventory, sales performance, payments, and trade relationships.

• Product & SKU Development: Driving sales growth for focus SKUs, new product launches, and slow-moving items.

• Market & Competitor Analysis: Observing competitor pricing, promotional offers, product quality, and trade activities.

• Damage / Expiry / Return Control: Minimizing product damage, expiration losses, and stock returns.

• Reporting & Problem Solving: Compiling sales reports, addressing market challenges, and coordinating with the Factory / Head Office (HO).
