Responsibilities & Context:
1.For handling lighter ship crews.
2.Managing crew personnel records.
3.Check crew attendance of vessel with vessel inspector.
4.Coordinating onboard safety training(LSA/FFA).
5.Assist to prepare daily vessel status and monthly freight/fuel consumption reports.
6.Managing emergency responses for vessel accidents.
7.Coordinnating with internal departments and external government/non-government offices.
8.Any other task assigned by management.
