CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confident, proactive, professional, and responsible attitude.
• Willingness to learn and work both in the field and at the Head Office.
• Interest in marketing, client communication, and business development.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Prior experience in marketing, healthcare communication, pharmaceutical liaison, or business development will be an advantage but is not mandatory.
• Fresh graduates with excellent communication skills, enthusiasm, and a strong willingness to learn are highly encouraged to apply.

Location: Banasree, Rampura, Dhaka (Head Office) + Field Visits

Work Schedule: 3 days fieldwork + 3 days Head Office per week

Probation Period: 3 months

Vacancy: Open to freshers and experienced candidates

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Promote The Scholaro's services, programs, and initiatives to relevant stakeholders.
• Maintain regular professional communication and build strong relationships with doctors, pharmaceutical companies, healthcare organisations, and other relevant sectors.
• Conduct field visits and develop professional networks.
• Support marketing campaigns, promotional activities, and business development initiatives.
• Communicate with prospective clients and maintain existing professional relationships.
• Contribute creative ideas to strengthen brand visibility and organisational growth.
• Coordinate with the team to achieve marketing and outreach goals.

Terms & Conditions:

The first three (3) months of employment will constitute a probationary period. During this period, either the employee or The Scholaro may terminate the employment relationship, subject to applicable organisational policy and legal requirements.
