Job Summary

The role blends promotional marketing tasks with direct sales execution. You build client relationships, execute campaigns, and help companies increase their market share in competitive local sectors like tech, real estate, or corporate services.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Generation: Find new customers through market research, cold calling, field visits, and digital channels.

• Client Relations: Build and maintain strong ties with existing and potential B2B or B2C clients.

• Sales Execution: Give product presentations, negotiate prices, and close deals to hit monthly or yearly targets.

• Digital & Social Marketing: Manage basic online promotions, social media pages (Facebook, LinkedIn), or email marketing.

• Market Tracking: Watch competitor activities, review customer feedback, and report daily sales logs to management
