• Develop and execute marketing strategies aligned with business goals.

• Lead brand, digital marketing, PR, and customer engagement initiatives.

• Monitor key marketing and customer experience KPIs, including NPS, conversion, CTR, CPC, lead quality, and customer retention.

• Develop customer satisfaction, loyalty, and activation programs.

• Drive digital campaigns across social media, email, SMS, and other online channels.

• Manage marketing funnel strategies, automation, A/B testing, and conversion optimization.

• Conduct brand and customer experience audits and implement improvement plans.

• Collaborate with Product, Sales, Customer Experience, Procurement, and other functions to ensure effective execution.

• Analyze customer feedback and market insights to improve products, services, and overall customer experience.

• Prepare regular marketing and customer experience performance reports and recommend improvement initiatives.
