Responsibilities & Context:
Oversee overall factory setup, R&D, production and day-to-day operations for the composite jute and sustainable packaging manufacturing plant.
Supervise the production and precision workflows of jute spinning, weaving, dyeing, processing, finishing and printing operations.
Manage technical workflows and R&D for manufacturing specialized Jute/Cotton fabrics, Jute Yarn, Sonali Bags, synthetic mixed fibers and eco-friendly shopping and fashion fibers bags.
Lead the technical team in industrial machinery maintenance, mill setups, plant production optimization, and advanced textile engineering.
