We are looking for an experienced, dynamic, and service-oriented Assistant Food & Beverage Manager to lead and manage the hotel's Food & Beverage Department. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all F&B operations while maintaining the highest standards of food quality, service excellence, hygiene, guest satisfaction, revenue generation, and cost control.
Responsibilities
Assist the Food & Beverage Manager in managing the overall F&B operations of the hotel.
Supervise daily operations of restaurants, Coffee shop, banquets hall, room service and other F&B outlets.
Ensure consistent food quality, service excellence and compliance with hotel standards.
Lead, motivate, coach and supervise F&B team members to achieve departmental objectives.
Prepare duty rosters, conduct pre-shift briefings and ensure proper manpower deployment.
Monitor guest satisfaction and professionally handle guest complaints and service recovery.
Coordinate closely with Kitchen, Sales, Front Office, Housekeeping, Engineering and other departments.
Monitor food and beverage inventory, requisitions, receiving, storage and stock levels.
Control food, beverage and labor costs and minimize wastage and operational losses.
Assist in achieving departmental sales, revenue and profitability targets.
Ensure proper billing and cash handling
Monitor banquet and event operations to ensure smooth execution and service standards.
Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and health and safety requirements.
Conduct regular outlet inspections and ensure cleanliness, presentation and equipment standards.
Assist in menu planning, promotions and initiatives to increase F&B revenue.
Conduct regular team meetings, training and performance reviews.
Ensure proper implementation of F&B SOPs, policies and procedures.
Perform any other duties assigned by Management.
