Responsibilities & Context:

We are looking for an experienced, dynamic, and service-oriented Food & Beverage Manager to lead and manage the hotel's Food & Beverage Department. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all F&B operations while maintaining the highest standards of food quality, service excellence, hygiene, guest satisfaction, revenue generation, and cost control.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all Food & Beverage operations, including restaurants, banquets, room service, and catering.

• Ensure excellence in food quality, service standards, hygiene, guest satisfaction, and overall F&B experience.

• Develop and implement F&B strategies, menus, promotions, and revenue-generating initiatives.

• Monitor departmental revenue, expenses, budgets, profitability, and overall financial performance.

• Control food, labor, and overhead costs while minimizing wastage and improving operational efficiency.

• Manage procurement, inventory, stock control, supplier negotiations, and departmental assets.

• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, health, and safety standards.

• Lead, train, motivate, schedule, and evaluate F&B staff to maintain high performance.

• Maintain strong relationships with guests, clients, suppliers, and business partners.

• Manage banquets, events, conferences, catering functions, and special guest requirements.

• Monitor market trends and competitors and implement appropriate business strategies.

• Prepare departmental reports, analyze performance, and recommend continuous improvements.

• Coordinate effectively with Kitchen, Sales, Accounts & Finance, Housekeeping, Engineering, and other departments.

• Attend management meetings and support the General Manager in achieving overall hotel objectives.
