1. Plan, organize, and monitor daily, monthly, and annual Agro-Vet & NPKS production activities to achieve approved production targets within planned timelines.

2. Supervise the complete NPKS production process, including raw-material feeding, batching, blending/granulation, drying, cooling, screening, coating, and packing, as applicable.

3. Ensure production activities comply with approved specifications, SOPs, GMP, quality standards, safety procedures, environmental requirements, and applicable regulations.

4. Monitor production performance, including yield, material consumption, wastage, rejection, rework/recycle, downtime, equipment utilization, and production costs, and take corrective actions.

5. Ensure timely availability and optimum utilization of raw materials, packaging materials, manpower, machinery, utilities, and other production resources in coordination with relevant departments.

6. Lead and supervise production teams, including manpower allocation, shift management, operator performance, training, discipline, and productivity, to ensure efficient plant operations.

7. Coordinate with QA/QC, Warehouse, Procurement, Engineering, Supply Chain, and other relevant functions to ensure material availability, product quality, equipment reliability, and smooth production operations.

8. Identify and resolve process deviations, production bottlenecks, abnormal conditions, quality issues, and equipment-related disruptions, coordinating with concerned teams for timely corrective action.

9. Maintain accurate production records, batch sheets, process logbooks, material consumption records, SAP/ERP transactions, and daily/monthly production reports, ensuring proper documentation and traceability.

10. Drive continuous improvement, productivity enhancement, cost reduction, waste minimization, and operational efficiency, while supporting audits and ensuring timely closure of production-related observations.
