Experience:

• 6 to 7 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing (FMCG), Leather goods/ Footwear/ Tannery, Plastic/ Polymer Industry

• The incumbent requires to have 4 years bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Applied Chemistry, Polymer Science, or Chemical Engineering.

• 6 to 7 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing (FMCG), Leather goods/ Footwear/ Tannery, Plastic/ Polymer Industry

• Age 30 to 35 years

• Strong knowledge of PVC production, machinery, and process control.

• Plan, supervise, and control daily PVC production to achieve approved targets.

• Monitor PVC compounding, mixing, molding/injection, machine settings, and process parameters.

• Monitor productivity, efficiency, downtime, rejection, rework, and material consumption.

• Coordinate with IE, Quality, Maintenance, Planning, R&D, Warehouse, and other departments.

• Ensure compliance with quality standards, SOPs, safety procedures, environmental requirements, and company policies.

• Identify production issues and implement corrective/preventive actions and continuous improvement initiatives.

• Manage manpower utilization, attendance, shift planning, and operator/supervisor performance.

• Control raw-material usage, minimize wastage, and improve overall cost efficiency.

• Analyze daily production data, prepare MIS/KPI reports, and support trials, new product development, and process transfer.
