Responsibilities & Context:
Assist in production planning and monitor production flow.
Track shift-wise, machine-wise, and process-wise production.
Monitor production targets and identify deviations.
Identify bottlenecks and support efficiency improvement.
Ensure optimum utilization of manpower and machines.
Monitor and minimize production wastage.
Maintain records of production, wastage, and key operational data.
Ensure prevention of lot mix, count mix, and process mix.
Monitor worker performance and identify training needs.
Coordinate with the Production Head and perform other duties assigned by Management.
